Webber: Orders ban will change nothing

Mark Webber doubts that the FIA's decision to end the team orders ban will make any difference to the racing next season. The article banning such tactics has been deleted from the regulations, but Webber said teams were already adept at finding ways around the rule. Crutchlow pleased with surgery outcome

MotoGP rookie Cal Crutchlow is confident that he will be fully healed from recent shoulder surgery in time for the start of 2011 testing in February. The British rider, who has moved from Yamaha's World Superbike team to the Tech 3 Yamaha MotoGP squad, had an operation on a lingering injury in Manchester last week. Fauzy released by Lotus

Fairuz Fauzy has parted company with the Lotus Formula 1 team and intends to return to full-time racing in 2011. The 28-year-old Malaysian completed two test days for the team during the winter, and also participated in Friday morning practice for the Malaysian, British, German, Singapore and Abu Dhabi Grands Prix in his role as reserve driver.
